Purpose

To display history details for a course Funding Source Restriction

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Funding Source Restriction applied to a particular Course Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Restricted Funding Sources form (CRSF12A0).

The Course Version block contains:

• Course Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Course Status
• Title

The Funding Source Restriction History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Funding Source
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Course Version.

Changes to the course Funding Source Restriction are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Course Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.
