Purpose

To display history details for a Course Unit Level

This form is used to display the history of changes to the course unit level applied to a particular unit version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Unit Level form (CRSF2240).

The Unit Version block contains:

• Unit Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Unit Status
• Title

The Course Unit Level History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Course Type
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Unit Version.

Changes to the Course Unit Level are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Unit Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.
