Where venue sessions have been split for several different sessions, a note should be recorded and inserted as one of the two text fields providing students with instructions on where to find further information.

Occasionally, red flags may appear at the end of a row. These flags are S and TD. The S indicates that the exam is a Special examination. The TD indicates Timeslot Duration and therefore the exam is a serial examination.

The Unit Offering Option details are suppressed except where differing offering options have different exam requirements.
