Purpose

These labels can be used as a checklist to ensure that the correct materials are included in each package when dispatching and receiving materials. The labels also display any special instructions or announcements for the examination.

The materials details on the label are obtained primarily from the supplied, allowable and non-allowable exam materials information recorded for the examination (Examinable Assessment Item).

Run Details

This job is run:

  • Before/during Examination Periods.

This job is run before and during Examination Periods to:

  • Provide labels for the mailing of packages of Exam Materials to examination supervisors. Note: it does not produce address labels, they only contain exam details.
  • Act as a checklist to ensure that the correct materials are included in each package when dispatching and receiving materials.

It is recommended that this job be run in batch mode. However, it can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Assessment Item.

Note: The % symbol indicates that the parameter is not considered for processing.

Most parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in this report.

The report is presented in portrait mode. It is sorted, in order by:

  • Exam Location.
  • Examination Date.
  • Examination Time.
  • Unit.

It is to be printed on 4 to a page adhesive backed labels.
