Purpose

This form allows the creation of relationships between Agencies and their Agents

This form is invoked from the main menu and ADMF0500 via the Agents button.

This form allows for the creation of relationships between Agencies and their Agents. This relationship will contain:

• A Start and End Date allowing for closing of relationships, while still retaining the information;
• An override allowing, or not allowing, the Agent to Make Offers; and
• An override allowing, or not allowing, the Agent to Waive Application Fees for applicants.

The Agency block contains:

• Organisational Unit
• Org Unit Start Date
• Ability to Make Offer check box
• Ability to Waive Application Fees check box
• Agency Start Date
• Agency End Date

The Agent block contains:

• Person ID
• Name
• Start Date
• End Date
• Ability To Make Offer check box
• Ability To Waive Appl Fees check box
• Email Address

Rules/Notes:

The following warnings in creating records are:

• Cannot create or alter a record where the Agency End Date has passed (ADMF0500)
• A record cannot have overlapping Agency Agent Start and End Dates with another record for the same Person ID
• Agency Agent End Date must be greater than or equal to Start Date.
• Warn if Agent Start Date is set to value before the Agency Start Date (ADMF0500)
• Warn if person staff_member_ind = Y (ADMF1213)
• Warn if the person has a student_course_attempt record (ENRF3000)
• Warn if the person has a Admission Application record (ADMF3000/ADMF3240)
• Cannot create record if person Deceased check box = Y (ADMF1213)

• Agency
• Agency Start Date
• Agency End Date
• Description
• Suspended

Before navigating to ADMF1213 (Person) or SECF0021 (System User), there must be a current record.
