ADMF0500 - Maintain Agency

Purpose

To allow the creation and maintenance of Agency Details

This function allows for the creation and maintenance of Agency details. This function allows the user to:

  • Define the Agency;
  • Link the Agency to an Organisational Unit;
  • Define the Agency Start Date;
  • Define the Agency End Date (optional);
  • Allows the Agency to Make Offers;
  • Allows the Agency to Waive Application Fees; and
  • Clarifies if the Agency is Suspended.

This function will require an active Organisational Unit before the agency can be created.

 

The Agency block contains:

  • Org Unit Code
  • Org Unit Start Date
  • Description
  • Agency Start Date
  • Agency End Date
  • Ability to Make Offers check box
  • Ability to Waive Application Fees check box
  • Suspend check box

Rules/Notes:

Display a warning if the user attempts to link the Agency to an Organisational Unit that does not have an associated Country Code.

Cannot create an Agency with an Organisational Unit with a System Organisational Status of ‘INACTIVE’.

Only able to Insert, Update, Delete and Select records from this table, when able to perform the operations for the Organisational Unit.

Rules/Notes:

If the user has not been granted access to Agency Agents, then the button should be disabled.

Cannot change any check box when the Agency is End Dated and the End Date has been passed.

The Agency Start Date must be greater than or equal to the Org Unit Start Date.

The Agency End Date must be less than or equal to Org Unit End Date (if Org Unit End Date exists).

Agency End Date must be greater than or equal to Start Date.

Warn if Agency End Date is set when an associated Agency Agent End Date is null.

Error if agency ended is removed if the System Org Status associated with the Org Unit is not ACTIVE
