Do you work in human resource management, staff recruitment or staff training and development? If so, this course could be very useful to you. The Diploma of Indigenous Employment provides students with a strong understanding of Indigenous employment issues such as Equal Employment Opportunity, Special Measures relating to employment, Reconciliation Action Plans, Indigenous recruitment and retention strategies and information on barriers to Indigenous employment.

On completion of the course students will have a deep knowledge of Indigenous employment issues and practices and will expand their employment opportunities in human resource management and staff recruitment and development in the NT and nationally.

Come and talk to the lecturer and see how this course can help you achieve your goals for your career.
