Run Details

This job is run:

• During assessment periods to track the progression of assessment items.
• To provide information on individual tracking items of any type.
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This job is run to provide information on the status and progression of a tracking item.

Job Parameters

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

Optionally select a particular tracking type.

Several tracking statuses can be selected.

The report can be run for a particular originator or a particular recipient.

Optionally run the report for those items that are a specified number of days overdue.

The report can be run for a particular tracking group or tracking item.

Several sort combinations are available.

Optionally restrict the report to various date ranges (tracking, completion required by or completion).
