Explanation
This block holds context information carried from the calling form, Maintain Tracking Items (TRKF2100). The tracking item to which a note relates is identified by its number.

This form is accessed only from TRKF2100, and inquiries on notes for other than the context item cannot be made here.

Explanation
Notes for items are grouped according to type, and a type must be specified when creating a note.

Notes may be created, stored and retrieved in almost any format. The currently available formats are:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Text
  • Other OLE (permitting virtually any other format)

Note:

  • NCA notes are currently available in Text format only. Future Developments might enable the portablitiy of all other formats.

Instructions to create and edit notes are given under Notes Facility in the General System Functions and Facilities section.

A tracking item note of tracking note type SUPPORT and format type TEXT could contain text such as 'Medical Certificate Provided'.
