Use this form to record and maintain notes against individual tracking type steps.

For a particular tracking type step in TRKF1100:

  • select a tracking note type (maintained in TRKF1500)
  • select the required note format
  • edit or add the note

Rules:
  • Tracking type step notes could be used to record:
    • the reason the step exists or
    • the reason a particular recipient has been specified or
    • details of what is to be done in performing that step or
    • other information
