RULF3000 allows an institution to restrict access to rule types in RULF2001.

In RULF2001 General Rules are classified into Rule Groups and whether or not a person with a particular Security Role can view or edit rules in a particular rule group is determined in RULF3000.

A person can only view or modify rules of a particular type if they have been given access to that rule type in RULF3000.
