Use this function to nominate an Advanced Standing Source as a definition of a Fee Type Calendar Instance. This is an optional process.

FTCI Advanced Standing Source

Explanation

This function provides the ability for the Advanced Standing Source to be optionally used in the definition of a fee type calendar instance.

This enables fees to be assessed for particular Advanced Standing sources, such as RPL. The existing fee type attributes such as Charge Method (Flatrate, PER UNIT, PER HOUR, EFTSU) and Assessment Rates are available to be used in the definition of the fee.

Example

To create a new FTCI Advanced Standing Source:

1. Goto FINF2100
2. Query on a fee type with a System Fee Type of ADVSTND that has multiple Advanced Standing Sources recorded
3. Select Fee Calendar button
4. Select a Fee Type Calendar Instance
5. Select the Adv Standing Source button
6. Add a valid advanced standing source and save

Rules:

• The advanced standing source must not be closed.

To modify a FTCI Advanced Standing Source:

1. Find the record to be modified.
2. Modify the record as required.
3. Save.

To delete a FTCI Advanced Standing Source:

1. Goto FINF2100Query on a fee type with a System Fee Type of ADVSTND that has multiple Advanced Standing Sources recorded
2. Select Fee Calendar button
3. Select a Fee Type Calendar Instance
4. Select the Adv Standing Source button
5. Delete an existing advanced standing source and save
