Run Details

This job is run:

  • After the creation of new course versions.
  • At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

The report provides a listing of course version details not copied to a new course version from an old course version.

This report is auto-generated when a new course version is created from an existing course version (in the Basic Course Details form (CRSF1210) and the system is unable to copy all details from the old to the new version. For example: an owning organisational unit may have been made inactive and therefore cannot be linked to the new version.

The report may also be run manually by inserting the old and new course version details in the user parameter fields. It can be run in both batch and online modes.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

 

Job Parameters

When run manually the old and new course codes and version numbers must be specified.

The Find Course function  should be used to locate particular course versions.
