Run Details

This job is run to provide information on courses for the purpose of:

  • Annual review.
  • Rollover of courses.

This report can be run in both batch and online modes. However, when running the report online, it should be run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a responsible organisational unit and location.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

 

Job Parameters

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The Course Status parameter allows the report to be run for one to three statuses. For example: the report could be run for ACTIVE courses of for ACTIVE, INACTIVE and PLANNED courses. By default, the report is run for ACTIVE courses.

A Sort By parameter is available.
