Run Details

This job is run to provide basic information on units for the purpose of:

  • Annual reviews.
  • Rollover of units.

This job can be run in both batch and online modes. However, when running the report online, it should be run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific owning organisational unit.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

 

Job Parameters

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The Unit Version Status allows the report to be run for a single status or up to three statuses statuses. For example: the report could be run for only ACTIVE units or for ACTIVE, CURRENT and PLANNED units. By default, the report is run for ACTIVE units.

A Sort By parameter is available.
