To display all reference detail related to an item of outgoing correspondence issued to a person.

This form can be used to answer inquiries about outgoing correspondence. It allows the retrieval of information about a specific item of outgoing correspondence, through querying on person, correspondence type and correspondence reference fields (such as calendar type and course code).

Inquiries would commonly be concerned with a student not receiving certain correspondence. This form allows the user to check relevant dates and references contained in the letter.

Outgoing Correspondence Reference Block:

Query in this block to display the required item of outgoing correspondence. One or more of the following fields can be used in the query:
Person ID, Correspondence Type, Reference Number, Originator Person ID, Calendar Type, Course Code, Unit Code, Other Reference Type and/or Other Reference.

Outgoing Correspondence Block:

For the context outgoing correspondence reference displayed in the context block, the following details are displayed in this block:

  • The dates on which this item was created, issued, sent or returned (where applicable).
  • The address type to which the item was sent.
  • The Tracking ID and status for this item.
  • Comments recorded about this item.
