Run Details

This job is run:

  • As a reference when reviewing past date aliases.
  • Prior to setting up new date aliases for a calendar.
  • After the calendar rollover process to review newly created date aliases.
  • At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This job is run to provide a detailed reference of date aliases for review.

This job can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a small date range or specific calendar category.

Job Parameters

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The Include Offset checkbox, when selected, causes details of the 'base' date aliases from which offsets are calculated, to be displayed in the report. For example EXAM-DAY4 may have its alias value offset from EXAM-DAY1.

The Include Pair checkbox, when selected, causes information about paired date aliases to be displayed. Date alias pairs define a period of time. For example: the date alias FEE-ASS-ST (fee assessment start date alias) could be paired with the date alias FEE-ASS-EN (fee assessment end), describing a period between and inclusive of these dates. The code and description of the date alias pair is displayed.

Specify the date range of the date alias value to be displayed.
