Purpose

This report displays details of the new calendar instances, their relationships and the new date alias instances created as a result of running the Rollover Calendar process in Maintain Calendar Type form (CALF0220). Exceptions are recorded for those values for which rollover could not be completed successfully.

Run Details

This job is run:

  • After any calendar rollovers have been performed.
  • At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This job is run as part of the calendar rollover process. The report displays details of the new calendar instances, relationships and date alias instances created during the rollover. The report also displays any exceptions encountered during the rollover process.

The report is automatically run as part of the rollover process, however it can also be run by itself in batch or online modes at a later date after the rollover process.

Job Parameters

There are two parameters for this report:

  • Log Creation Date. Allows the user to select a log for a specific date on which the calendar rollover process was run.
  • Sort By. Allows the user to select the field the report is sorted by and whether to sort in ascending or descending order. By default, the report is sorted by calendar category in ascending order.

Note: the report can only be run on an individual basis where the calendar rollover process has been run at an earlier date. If the rollover process has never been run or the previous logs have been deleted, the Log Creation Date parameter appears empty.
