Maintain Date Alias Offset Restrictions

Explanation

The purpose of this function is to be able to define one or more calendar type restrictions for a date alias offset. This will enhance the existing functionality such that a date alias can be derived from another date alias, and have different date values depending on the calendar in which the event occurs.

Example

Date Alias WDN-EARLY (withdrawn early) has an offset of five days from date alias EA-START (enrolment activity start date) in calendars of type DELIVERY-1, and has an offset of seven days from the same data alias in calendars of type DELIVERY-2.
