This form is used to display the history of changes to the fee encumbrances for a particular fee period.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Define Fee Encumbrances form (FINF2890).

FINF2890 is accessed via:

  • The Maintain Fee Types form (FINF2100), and
  • The Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

 
  • Perform query to retrieve a known fee period and/or fee type.
  • Changes to the fee encumbrances are displayed in reverse chronological order.

Rules/Notes:

  • This form is entered in context for the fee encumbrance where the form has previously been accessed within the current session.
