Run Details |
This report is used primarily as a summary
report to plan resource allocation for assignment tracking and receipt. It is
capable of aggregating all assignments within a chosen assessment period and
(optionally) teaching period for pre-determined calendar weeks. It will typically be run before or at the beginning of a teaching period, but may also be run at other times for more up to date information. |
Job Parameters |
The report may be run at two different 'levels' based on user parameter values. At the highest level, a user may enter a value only for the Assessment Calendar parameter and leave all other parameters NULL. Any values entered for parameters other than Assessment Calendar are ignored. The resultant output will be a summary for all assignments within the specified period. At the lowest level, a user may specify Owning Org Unit and Unit Mode detail, resulting in assignments being summarised for the specified org unit(s) / unit mode(s). |
Report(s) |
Assignment Due Dates Summary Report |
|
Produces totals of assignments due and
received for each calendar week specified, taking assignment extensions into
account. Also produces totals of assignment extensions granted, for
extensions of different lengths (1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks or greater).
Summary can be for a single assessment period (ie related grouping of
teaching periods) or grouped by owning org unit / unit mode within a single
assessment period. Aggregate totals for all weeks are produced for assessment period (high level) or owning org unit / unit mode (low level). |
