Job Parameters |
All parameters are used to limit the set of data reported. The Minimum Number of Co-enrolled Students parameter allows the report to be produced for only those clashes where a critical number of co-enrolled students is involved. |

The report details each unit/location that has students co-enrolled in one or more other unit/location/s in the context of the specified examination period. The number of students co-enrolled in each case is also displayed. Each co-enrolled record represents a potential timetable clash that needs to be considered in the timetabling process. If using an external timetabling facility, the scheduling software itself normally attempts to resolve such clashes. |
