Job Parameters

Most parameters for this report are used to refine the data set. There are several parameters that should be considered further. They are:

  • Course Location - this parameter will select all students with matching course location, and will include all enrolled units regardless of the unit location.
  • Course Mode - this parameter will select all students with matching course mode and will include all units in the course regardless of the unit mode. Eg. A student unit attempt mode of OFF will be selected even if the course mode is ON.
  • Include Marks - by default this is set to N - No which will suppress the marks field in the report.

There are three sort combinations available which can be selected by LOV. The sort combinations will affect the report output.
