Purpose

This job is run to assign all open venues to all exam sessions within an examination period. It is used as the starting point for creating venue availability records. If any venues are unavailable for any sessions during the examination period, the relevant availability records are manually deleted in the Maintain Venue Session Availability form (ASSF4212).

Defaults all open venues to all exam sessions within the selected examination period. Has the effect of deeming all venues available for the entire examination period.

This process defaults all open venues to all exam sessions within the selected examination period. Any sessions not required at a venue can be deleted in the Maintain Venue Session Availability form (ASSF4212).
