Purpose

This report is run to produce a list of package items to be mailed to enquirers recorded in the person ID group created by the Process Admission Enquiries job (ADMJ1320). The information contained in this report allows the person compiling an enquiry package to select the correct contents and any customisation to package items that is required.

Related/Dependent Jobs

This job is dependent on the creation of a person ID group to which the user has security access in the Process Admission Enquiries job (ADMJ1320).

 

Run Details

This job is run with the same frequency as the labels report it accompanies (IDGR2100):

  • Daily during peak enquiry periods.
  • Weekly throughout the rest of the year.

This report is run as part of the admission enquiry process. The report produces a list of available and unavailable package items to be mailed to enquirers. The enquirers are listed in the person ID group created by ADMJ1320. The available items can then be packaged for mailing.

The report can be run in both batch and immediate modes. The report cannot be scheduled as part of the job to process ADMJ1320 as the person ID group cannot be selected until after processing is completed.

Job Parameters

The sole parameter for this report is the selection of the person ID group. The ID group can be selected from the LOV. Single ID groups can be used.

Note: if the user has not run ADMJ1320, no person ID group has been created for the user, thus preventing selection of an ID group in this report.

  • Address details.
  • Enquiry characteristics
  • List of available package items.
  • List of unavailable package items.
