This job is run:
This report is run during admission periods to provide information that can be used to assess the progress of the institutions application processing. It can also be run at other times as a management tool. This report will generally be able to run online. However, where the Start and End Date range parameters define a large period of time, it is recommended that the report be run in batch mode. Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running online and batch jobs. |
Job Parameters |
The Admission Process Category allows the report to be run for a specific category. By default, ALL admission process categories are reported. The Start of Date Entry Range is set to the previous day's date by default. The End of Date Entry Range is set to the current date by default. They can be altered to cover a defined period of time such as the previous week. |

The layout of this report is in Portrait mode. The report is sorted by the Date Entered and within this by the date the application was received in ascending order. At the end of the report, summary statistics are listed displaying percentages for the number of applications processed within specific time limits. |
