For further details refer to Admission Calendar Rollover in Admissions for the Subsystem Specialist.The job is run to link admission period details (admission category, process type and course offering option restrictions) to the new instances of the admission period created in the calendar rollover. |
Job Parameters |
The academic period parameter establishes the destination academic period to which the admission period details will be linked. All active admission periods will be rolled over in the process. The admission category parameter allows the rollover to occur for a specified category attached to the admission periods in the academic period. If at a later point all admission categories are to be rolled over, the admission category already rolled will appear as an exception in the log file. It is recommended in normal circumstances that the rollover of admission period details is done for all categories and not restricted to a specified admission category. |
