This form is used to record the results for special admission tests an applicant may be required to undertake as part of their admission application.

Tests may include admission tests for a particular course or language tests for international applicants. For example: the University Medicine Admission Test (UMAT).

This form can be entered in context via the Admission Test navigation button in the Direct Admissions Course form (ADMF3240) or accessed directly through a menu allowing queries on the admission applicant details.

• Select a test type from the LOV or enter a known test type. Test types are maintained in the Maintain Admission Test Type form (ADMF02Z0).
• Record the date achieved.
• Record at least one of score, grade or result.
• Where the test has multiple parts, individual sections and scores can be recorded by:
• Selecting the Section Scores overlay button.
• Recording the section name and score.
