This form is accessed via the Find Course button in the Enquiry Course overlay in the Record Admission Enquiry form (ADMF1200).

The form itself is inquiry only and is used to:

  • Allow course inquiries on a variety of fields.
  • Insert course details in the calling form.

For further details on recording admission enquiries, refer to the Understanding Admissions overview.

Upon entering the form, the Course Query Conditions overlay is displayed. By default, the query conditions are restricted to the context academic period only selected in the session details in ADMF1200. The user can select a wider ranging condition as required.

Queries can be performed on an individual field or a combination of fields.

Only one valid course is displayed in the form at a time. Where a query returns multiple records, the Page Down and Page Up keys allows the user to scroll through the records.

When the correct course has been found, select OK to return to ADMF1200. The course offering pattern details are inserted by the system.

The Query Restrictions button displays the Course Query Conditions overlay.

Where an enquirer may need further course application details, they can be referred to the course admission assessment officer or admission contact officer. The Contact Details button navigates to the Maintain Person Address Details form (ENRF3030) displaying address details for the admission assessment officer or the admission contact officer.
