This form is used to record the Tertiary Admissions Centre codes for Australian Secondary Education Assessment Type. These codes are obtained from the relevant TAC manual/handbook.

Institution defined Australian secondary education assessment type codes may optionally be mapped to these codes in ADMF02W0. When TAC offering data is loaded into Callista, the System records the secondary education asessment type of the applicant. It is the institution value, derived from the TAC supplied code which is recorded against the student.

• Once used in the System, TAC Australian Secondary Education Assessment Type codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed indicator to prevent further use.
• Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
