Tracking Item explanation This form is used to:
Tracking Items are created and modified in the Maintain Tracking Items form (TRKF2100). Progress of individual items is also monitored there. Tracking Groups are created and maintained in the Maintain Tracking Groups form (TRKF1600). This form is accessed via a navigation button in TRKF2100. The Tracking Item displayed in TRKF2100 becomes the context record in this form. Queries cannot be performed in this block. Return to TRKF2100 to query another Tracking Item. Tracking Item Group Membership explanation Individual Tracking Items with common characteristics can be made members of Tracking Groups. This permits group progress to be monitored. This block is used to add the context Tracking Item, displayed in the block above, to membership of one or more groups. Tracking Items can also be deleted from membership of a Tracking Group. Tracking Groups are created using the Maintain Tracking Groups form (TRKF1600) |

To add a Tracking Item to membership of a Tracking Group using the Maintain Tracking Item Group Membership form: Select the required Tracking Item in TRKF2100 and navigate to this form by selecting the Group Membership button. In Insert mode:
