Maintain Person Menu Favourites This form is accessed via the Favourites navigation button in any basic menu and then via the Maintain Favourites navigation button. Step by step instructions can be found in Maintaining and Using Your Favourites Menu (OVW03). Records can be added or deleted and their display re-ordered. The Order field is for indicating the record display order in the Person Menu Favourites menu. Records with lower numbered Order field entries will appear in the list before those with higher numbers. To allow easy insertion of new records in the ordering system it is recommended the Order field numbers for each successive record be incremented by two (1,3,5,7, etc). When this is done it is easy for example, to enter a record you would like to appear third on the list by entering '4' in the Order field. It is possible to have more than one record with the same Order field number. Such records will appear one under the other in the overall ordering of the records. The order of the records displayed in the Person Menu Favourites can be changed by altering the numbers in the Order fields. The Short Title field remains greyed out. This field will be automatically filled when there is an entry in the Form, Job or Web Page field. |
Rules/Notes: An entry in the Order field is mandatory. There must be an entry in EITHER the Form field or Job field, but NOT BOTH. |
