A Scholarship Version must have at least one current Scholarship Offering for it to be available for application. This form enables the creation of Scholarship Offerings for a Scholarship Version in much the same way that a Unit Version has constituent Unit Offerings. See CRSF2310. This form can be accessed by clicking on the Scholarship Offering button in SCHF0500. For the context Scholarship Version, a Scholarship Period Calendar Type (with a calendar category of SCHOLARSHP) will be selected. Once this calendar type is selected, Scholarship Offering Instances within the calendar type can be created. For example, if 'Scholarship Period 1' is selected as the calendar type, Scholarship Offering Instances of “Scholarship Period 1 2007”, and “Scholarship Period 1 2008” may be selected. Start Date and End Dates of the calendars of the Scholarship Offering Instances will be displayed.
Use the Verification Criteria button to navigate to the Maintain SOI Verification Criteria form, SCHF0600, in the context of the Scholarship Offering Instance. Institutions can define different details for a scholarship from year to year, in these forms, without changing the Scholarship Version. |
