RULF3000 allows an institution to restrict access to rule types in RULF2001. In RULF2001 General Rules are classified into Rule Groups and whether or not a person with a particular Security Role can view or edit rules in a particular rule group is determined in RULF3000. A person can only view or modify rules of a particular type if they have been given access to that rule type in RULF3000. |

System Security Role Block: This form may be accessed directly from the Callista menu. The required Security Role can be retrieved by querying for that Security Role. |
Rules/Notes: A query can be performed on any of the fields in this block |
Rule Group Access Block: Rule group codes available to persons with the Context Security Role may be selected using the Rule Group Code list of values. Rule types currently available are: ADM (admission correspondence rules), FINANCE (disbursement and fee assessment rules ), PROGRESS (progression message rules), ENROLMENT (Sys-wide and Unit message rules) and SYSTEM (Translation control). |
