The purpose of this report is to display prize details pertaining to an Organisational Unit. The details displayed include:

  • Prize Code
  • Prize Name
  • Prize Status
  • Prize Type
  • Prize Value
  • Other Responsible Org Unit
  • Prize Expiry Date
  • Prize Reference Code
  • Account Code
  • Prize Criteria.

The data displayed is grouped by Primary Organisational Unit.

This report is accessed from the main menu.

 

The Prize Details Report block contains:

Parameters tab

  • Prize Year
  • Prize Code
  • Prize Status
  • Organisational Unit

Expiry Date Range

  • Start Date
  • End Date

Rules/Notes:

Use this report to display prize details pertaining to an organisational unit. The following report parameters can be specified:

  • Prize Year - The academic year for the prizes to be reported. This is a mandatory parameter
  • Prize Code - A prize code for a prize. This is a mandatory parameter, though using a 'wildcard' (%) is acceptable
  • Prize Status - A prize status that is mapped to a system prize status. This is a mandatory parameter, though using a 'wildcard' (%) is acceptable
  • Organisational Unit - the prize responsible organisational unit for a prize. This is a mandatory parameter, though using a 'wildcard' (%) is acceptable
  • Expiry Date Range - This parameter is used to limit the report to those prizes where the Prize Detail expiry date is between the start date and end date specified in the report

Rules/Notes:

The Effective Prize Details Date Alias (refer to PRZF0060 - Maintain Prize Calendar Configuration) will determine the appropriate data, depending on the date alias instance. The date alias instance will determine the data for:

  • Prize Value
  • Prize Criteria
  • Prize Detail Type

If the End Date parameter is not null, it must be greater than the Start Date parameter.
