Overview

Use this page to create a Person record in Callista.

This page is invoked by clicking on Create New Person and Their Training Plan in the Person Training Plan page (ENRW6450).

In order to be able to use this form to update this record after the day it was created, you must have the System Advanced Function of NAME-UPD assigned your user role (in SECF0063) or your user (in SECF0062).

To Create a new Person record

  1. Go to ENRW6450.
  2. Click on Create New Person and their Training Plan.
  3. Record values in the New Person field.
  4. Click on Create to save the new Person record and return to ENRW6450.
    Click on Create, Review & Create Training Plan to save the new Person record and redisplay this page in Edit mode - ready for review and the creation of a Training Plan for this person.
    Click on Cancel to return to ENRW6450 without creating a new Person record.
  5. For field information, see Field Descriptions, below.

When creating a new person, a warning is displayed if the Surname and Date of Birth match an existing record

Field Descriptions

Field: Description:
Person ID

Person ID of the person.
This is a Display only field that is only populated once the person record is created.

PERSON.PERSON_ID
Surname

Surname of the person

PERSON.SURNAME
Given Names

Given Names of the person

PERSON.GIVEN_NAMES
Preferred Given Name

Preferred name of the person. All or part of the names can be entered.

PERSON.PREFERRED_GIVEN_NAME
Title

Title of the person.

PERSON.TITLE
Name Format

Name format for this person.

PERSON.NAME_FORMAT_CD
Date of Birth

Birth date of the person. Displays as DD/MM/YYYY format, but may be entered in other formats
e.g. D/M/YYYY or DDMMYY. A Date Picker is also available.

PERSON.BIRTH_DT
Gender

This person's gender.

PERSON.SEX
Email Address

This person's email address. This email address must include a @ symbol with text before and after it.

PERSON.EMAIL_ADDR
