| This form is used by a System Specialist to customise the Error Messages displayed to users in pop-up alert windows. Where a User Error Message is recorded for an error, it will display in the pop-up alert window. An extra button, 'Help', will also be displayed. Selecting this button displays the original System Error Message. Where a User Explanation is recorded for an error, selecting the Help button will display this extra information. The use of this form is fully documented in the technical information provided in the Callista Product Centre (wiki.callista.com.au/display/CPC). Alert messages other than those related to System Errors are maintained using the Maintain System Message form (GENF0003). |
