The Student Course Fee Statement form (FINF9110) displays debt or payments received against a fee assessment. The form includes a table with a column called sponsored amount and a field called sponsor code, which informs the user who the sponsored amount is associated with. By introducing the ability to add multiple sponsors against the same fee type, the sponsored amount might be the sum of several sponsors. As a result, there is a need for the ability to see the breakdown of the sponsored amount. Therefore, a new pop up page will be developed which will provide the user with the breakdown of the sponsored amount

This form is invoked from the Person Inquiry form (FINF9110), by selecting the Course Fees button in the Student Course Attempt block, or directly via the main menu.

The Sponsored Amount block contains:

• Person ID
• Fee Type
• Fee Calendar
• Unit Code

The Sponsor Amounts block contains:

• Sponsor Code
• Sponsor Type
• Sponsored Amount
• Total

Click on the Back button to return to FINF9110.

The Total field displays the sum of all sponsored amounts.
