Purpose

To edit the Loan Scheme Calendar Instance Code table.

This form's main function is to create the Loan Scheme Calendar Instance Code used in FEE-HELP (PELS) transactions. This operation was originally done manually within the database, however this form allows you to create and maintain the Loan Scheme Calendar Instance Code table.

The Loan Scheme Calendar Instance block contains:

• Loan Scheme CI Code
• Closed check box
• Description
• Loan Scheme
• Fee Assessment Period
• Start Date
• End Date

Rule/Notes:

To create a Loan Scheme Calendar Instance Code:

• In the Loan Scheme CI code box, enter the name of the code
• In the Description box, enter the code description
• Select the Loan Scheme from the LOV
• Select a Fee Assessment Period from the LOV

Rules/Notes:

A record must be entered for each Loan Scheme and for each Fee Calendar Instance.

To make the Loan Scheme Code unavailable for selection elsewhere in the System, have the Closed check box ticked.

You can only have one record with the same Loan Scheme and Fee Assessment Period.
