This form is used to record and maintain the institution defined set of Citizenship Codes. These are comparable to Government Citizenship Codes (element 358) specified in the Data Dictionary of the HEIMS Manual, but provide for greater flexibility with the ability to subdivide Government Codes and to use more meaningful codes. Each institution defined Citizenship Code must be mapped to a Government Citizenship Code. Citizenship Codes are used in the Maintain Person Statistical Details form (ENRF3060) and in the Person Statistics application within Callista Connect. For example, the Government Citizenship Code for New Zealand Citizens is 2. This function permits an institution specified Citizenship Code to be used. The institution defined code NZ-CITIZEN could map to the Government Code, 2. |
