This report provides a listing of Unit Version details that were NOT successfully copied to a new Unit Version from an old Unit Version.

This job is run:

  • After the creation of new Unit Versions.
  • At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

The report provides a listing of Unit Version details not copied to a New Unit Version from an Old Unit Version.

This report is auto-generated when a New Unit Version is created from an existing Unit Version if the system is unable to copy all details from the old to the new Version, for example, a Discipline may have been closed and therefore cannot be linked to the new Version.

The report may also be run manually by inserting the old and new Unit Version details in the user Parameter fields. It can be run in both batch and online modes.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

 

The Review of Unit Version Creation Report block contains:

Parameters Tab

  • Old Unit Code
  • Old Unit Version
  • New Unit Code
  • New Unit Version

 

When run manually, this report requires the Old and New Unit Codes.

An Old Unit Version number and a New Unit Version number must also be recorded.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

The report includes:

  • Errors for the unsuccessful deletion of a Unit Version that is selected in a COMPLETE Timeline (CRSW2650).
