Purpose

To search for existing Delivery Groups when creating Course Offering Pattern Delivery Group Offerings in CRSF1800.

Find Delivery Group

This function searches for existing Delivery Groups when creating Course Offering Pattern Delivery Group Offerings in CRSF1800.

The function enables a Delivery Group Offering to be found and returned for association with the context Course Offering Pattern or Student Course Attempt.

When the selected Delivery Group Offering is returned to CRSF1800, the offering is associated with the context Course Offering Pattern if there is a match between the Delivery Group Offering academic calendar instance and the Course Offering Pattern academic calendar instance. Otherwise, the process in CRSF1800 searches for another Delivery Group Offering with matching Delivery Group and academic calendar instance. If none is found, a new offering of the Delivery Group in the context academic calendar instance will be created.

This form is accessed through CRSF1800, via the Find Delivery Group button. Can aslo be accessed through ENRF3600 in context of Course Offering Pattern.
