This form is accessed through AUDF3191, via the Sub-Score History button in the top block, or from the main menu.

The Admission Test Sub-Score block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Admission Application Number
• Commencement Period
• Admission Process Category
• Nominated Course Code
• Title
• Admission Test Type
• Date Planned
• Date Achieved
• Sub-Score Type

The Admission Test Sub-Score History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Score/Result
• History End Date
• History By

Rules/Notes:

Records are sorted in the following order:

• Person ID
• Commencement Period
• Admission Application Number
• Nominated Course Code
• Admission Test Type
• Date Planned
• Date Achieved
• Sub-Score type
