Purpose

To display the history details of an Institution Code.

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to an Institution Code. The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Institutions form (ORGF0120).

This form replaces the Institution History form (ORGF0310).

The form can be accessed in context via the Institution History button in ORGF0120.

Rules/Notes:

Perform a query to retrieve a known Institution Code. When entered via the Institution History button in ORGF0120, the Institution Code cannot be queried.

Changes to the Institution Code are displayed in reverse chronological order.
