This form is used to display the history of changes to a Unit Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Basic Unit Details form (CRSF2210).

This form is entered in context for the Unit Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example, CRSF2210.

Perform a query to retrieve a known Unit Version.

A query must be performed where:

• Other unit forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another unit form has been used but was exited in query mode.

Changes to the basic unit details are displayed in reverse chronological order.

For each History record, values for all fields at the time the change was made, are displayed.

Note: Fields in the Spread Table list (see opposite) on this Help page that are marked as [VET] are only visible in cross-sector and VET installations of Callista, where they are displayed regardless of whether the context course is HE or VET.
