Purpose

To display history details for a unit's Teaching Responsibilities.

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Teaching Responsibility applied to a particular Unit Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Teaching Responsibilities form (CRSF2220).

The Unit Version block contains:

• Unit Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Unit Status
• Title

The Teaching Responsibility History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Organisational Unit Code
• Organisational Unit Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

This form is entered in context for the Unit Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF2210.

Perform query to retrieve a known Unit Version.

A query must be performed where:

• Other unit forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another unit form has been used but was exited in query mode.

Changes to the Unit Teaching Responsibility are displayed in reverse chronological order.

For each History record, values for all fields at the time the change was made, are displayed.
