Purpose

To display history details of ownership for a course.

This form is used to display the history of changes to the ownership applied to a particular Course Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Ownership form (CRSF1220).

The Course Version block contains:

• Course Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Course Status
• Title

The Course Ownership History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Organisational Unit Code
• Organisational Unit Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

This form is entered in context for the course version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form, for example: CRSF1210.

Perform query to retrieve a known Course Version.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.

For each History record, values for all fields at the time the change was made, are displayed.

Changes to the Course Ownership are displayed in reverse chronological order.
