Rules/Notes:
Most parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in this report. The report can be run for both DRAFT and FINAL Examination Timetables. There are several sort combinations that can be selected from the LOV. Select whether or not to include:
The report is presented in landscape mode. Where venue sessions have been split for several different sessions, a note should be recorded and inserted as one of the two text fields providing students with instructions on where to find further information. Occasionally, red flags may appear at the end of a row. These flags are S and TD. The S indicates that the exam is a Special examination. The TD indicates Timeslot Duration and therefore the exam is a serial examination. The Unit Offering Option details are suppressed except where differing offering options have different exam requirements. |
