Rules/Notes:
Most parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in this report. The LOVs for Owning Organisational Unit, Location and Attendance Mode display only active items. If closed, Owning Organisational Units, Locations or Modes are required. They can be included by using the wildcard value ( % ) rather than specifying an item from the LOV. The report provides, in accordance with the defined parameters, a listing of all mark sheets produced. The listing makes provision to record against each mark sheet, dates associated with key activities in the mark sheet management process. Clicking on the Create File button opens a file browser which allows the user to save an output file (assr1130.txt) into the selected location. This file is pipe ( | ) delimited and is used for loading into a word processing, spreadsheet or database application, by opening the file from within the application. This process requires some specialised knowledge of the application. If this causes a problem within your application, the delimiter could be changed by opening the file in MS Word and doing a Find/Replace of the pipe symbol with your preferred delimiter. |
