It is recommended that this job be run in batch mode. However, it can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Examination Session. Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch jobs. |

Most parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in this report. There are four different sort combinations for the attendance roll and three different sort combinations within a roll that can be selected from the LOV. The report is presented in portrait mode. |
